Although originally a drop-off and collect centre, we are now able to provide a call-out service to customers in the St. Austell area, just ask our team for more information.
The turn-around time for a repair ranges from half an hour up to a week, depending on the problem. A quick consultation with a member of staff will give you an accurate idea of how long we will need your system for, however we will contact you as soon as it has been restored to full working order.

If your system is running slowly and takes too long to perform simple tasks;
Unstable programs, malicious software, conflictions between programs and/or hardware drivers, accumulation of unnecessary programs, files and folders and lack of drive space may be adversely affecting the overall speed and stability of your computer.

If your system is behaving strangely, redirecting internet searches, changing the desktop background involuntarily, opening unwanted pop-ups or claiming to have suddenly found many viruses and prompting you to buy software, be wary as you may have spyware, malicious software, a virus, a browser hi-jacker or fraudulent antivirus program on your computer.

Operating system upgrade/downgrade, change of hardware that requires reinstallation of OS, Windows crashing/freezing/showing errors or running so slowly/unstable that a fresh build is recommended, if you are suspicious of potential virus/security threats or just want a fresh install.

* Please note, with repairs that require formatting or the replacement of hard drives, any files/folders not in the Windows user directories (default save location for most programs) that are needed must be brought to our attention or they will be lost. If you are not sure, just ask a member of our friendly team. You will be informed if your repair requires this.
